Analysis: Allen is expected to help rookie quarterback Andrew Luck transition to the NFL. Colts coach Chuck Pagano and offensive coordinator Bruce Arians say they could use lots of two tight end formations. Luck also is accustomed to giving tight ends a hefty workload from his college days at Stanford.
