White scores 15 off bench in South Dakota St win

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) Chad White scored 15 points off the bench and South Dakota State was in control most of the way in a 74-43 victory over IPFW on Saturday night.

Nate Wolters had 14 points and five assists for South Dakota State (17-6, 9-2 Summit).

IPFW (10-11, 4-8) got 12 points from Mario Hines and 10 from Frank Gaines.

White hit 4 of 5 shots from 3-point range, helping South Dakota State to a 9-of-20 effort. IPFW, meanwhile, was ice-cold from beyond the arc, making just 2 of 17 shots.

IPFW led by a point with 13:06 left in the first half, but South Dakota State went on a 14-2 run for an 11-point lead with 7:51 left in the first half.
